Most of the monthly package plans are similar in price to a typical copay amount, however you get the full service for almost the price of only a copay. Here at GCSM, we understand that your medical needs come first when you make an appointment at our facility. Therefore, it becomes simple for you to access your medical insurance benefits, while being treated.

We take care of all of the paperwork, verify your coverage and apply for reimbursement. Our dedicated staff works with over 125 insurance carriers and over 1000 different plan types and will help you determine the benefits available under your policy.

We ask you to provide us with a valid insurance card and to pay for any co-payments, deductible and/or coinsurance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks for your convenience.
